Fun at Bike Winnetka
Fun volunteering at Bike Winnetka and Fall Fest!
The Junior League of Evanston-North Shore was a proud sponsor of this year’s Bike Winnetka and Fall Fest events that were organized by the Winnetka Park District and took place on September 28th.
Thank you to our members and their spouses that signed up to ride 8 miles together through the beautiful neighborhoods of Winnetka to support Bike Winnetka, which had a total of 170 participants.
Thanks also to our members who volunteered at our booth during the Fall Fest event, where 1,700 people were in attendance and JLE-NS offered stickers, glow bracelets, coloring pages and treats for children and provided information about the volunteer work that we do in our community. We also held a raffle for a $100 Trader Joe’s gift card!
